Who we are
EstateRadar is a product of EstateRank (estaterank.co.uk), operated by LOS (los.digital). For anything in this policy, contact accounts@estaterank.co.uk.
What we collect
- Free scan requests: your agency name, branch postcode, website and work email, plus your IP address and browser details (used to prevent abuse of the free scan).
- Accounts & billing: your email address and subscription status. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Public business data: details from public Google Business Profile listings (name, address, rating, review count) for your branch and nearby rivals, used to show how your listing compares.
How we use it
- To run the scan you requested and email you a one-time link and your results.
- To follow up with you about EstateRadar — as a business contact, on the basis of legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us, and we'll stop.
- To prevent abuse of the free scan (rate limits, duplicate checks, reCAPTCHA).
- To provide and bill the paid service if you subscribe.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google reCAPTCHA — bot protection on the free scan form.
- Search data providers — receive only your business name and postcode (public business data) to run the ranking checks. They never receive your email, phone or any personal contact details.
- Email delivery and internal notification tools, solely to operate the service.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to provide the service, follow up on your request, and meet legal obligations. Email us at any time to have your details deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restrict or object to our processing; and request portability. Email accounts@estaterank.co.uk and we'll act promptly. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies (session, security) and Google reCAPTCHA on the free scan form. We don't use advertising cookies on EstateRadar pages.
